DBT Group w/ Dr. Foertsch & Tessa, Jacob, Tiffany
An introductory group DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) session led by Dr. Christine Foertsch, expert clinician, w/ participants Tiffany (BPD dx), Jacob(NPD dx) and Tessa(NPD dx).
Has three main sections: reviewing homework, practicing mindfulness, and learning about radical acceptance.
Topics include mindfulness of others, anxiety, radical acceptance, friendships, invalidation, self-validation, motivation, speaking and listening mindfully.
Includes 3 pieces: 1 group DBT session, 1 debrief w/ Dr. Foertsch, and a small piece on why DBT is her therapy of choice.
Each piece is presented in two versions: Version A (fully edited, single-frame) and Version B (extended cut, split-screen).
This DBT group and debrief comprise:
